a river runs through it
The slow passage of time grinds the rocks in my life to powdery sand and my river finds its path to where it needs to go slowly in spite of my resistance
This is about a life in flux. A continual re-imagining of the future to give meaning to the present- not a pilgrimage to some fixed goal.
A day-to-day creative exercise in self-invention, adaptation, discovery, recovery, despair, and repair.
What we search for does not exist until we find it.
Where both the past and the future are raw material, shaped and reshaped to compose a life out of relevant fragments. Remembering what has meaning for now and what will come, and letting go of what no longer matters.
